PERSONAL BIOGRAPHY

I have 13+ years of human resources and executive coaching experience. My professional experience also includes public speaking at conferences and seminars, developing and leading workshops and adding subject-matter expertise as a writer for many online and offline communities.

COACHING PHILOSOPHY

My coaching philosophy is focused on you and while flexible in style allowing you to be in the drivers seat on final decisions about your career, I do provide guidance and quality tools to support your decisions. However, what is not flexible in my style is my will to push you out of your comfort zone in order to build your capabilities and strengthen your overall capacity for career success. One of my personal mantras is "Welcome to the C-Suite!" I firmly believes that you are the pilot in control of your career success and as such you operate in several capacities: Cheif Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technical Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.
